Hi- I am Rachael Elms and I am the Wood Designer. I started The Wood Designer in 2017 after working in construction and project management for 12 years. I am a licensed General Contractor and have always built furniture on the side, I just love building! After being home with my kids for a few years and building furniture for our house and for friends, I decided to turn my passion into a career and created The Wood Designer.
